Since 2008, we have been able to issue tax receipts, giving you the right to tax deductions.
For individuals
You can receive a tax reduction of 66% of your donation, up to 20% of your taxable income.
For companies (subject to actual taxation)
If you make contributions to non-profit organizations, you have been entitled since January 1, 2003, to a tax reduction of 60% of the amounts donated (65% for certain donations to non-profit research organizations), up to an annual donation ceiling of 0.5% of your company’s pre-tax turnover.
For sole proprietorships
You can choose between this regime and the one applicable to individuals, allowing you to benefit each year from the most favorable regime, depending on the application of each ceiling, and to avoid exclusion from the corporate tax reduction scheme when the concerned sole proprietor falls under a “micro” regime.
