Legal Interim Proceedings Against the President, Mr. Paulic |

Mr. Crenn, refusing to condone Mr. Paulic's wrongdoings, joined the petitioners. On July 7, 2006, the President of Quimper's Court House ordered that a temporary administrator be designated to provide running management of the Association and that a general assembly be convened to reelect a new board of administration. Mr. Paulic appealed the decision and his lawyers successfully maneuvered and delayed the outcome of the general assembly. The administrator had to ask the judge to confirm and extend his mission.
On May 11, 2007, a new court ruling confirmed Maitre Alain Geniteau's authority and extended mission, enabling him to overcome Mr Paulic's lawyer's attempts to interfere. He was now able to convene all the members in a general assembly. Finally, this legal saga officially ended on July 7, 2007, when the Rennes' Court of Appeal confirmed the initial decision to appoint a receiver (link n° 13 -14 -15 : les trois décisions de justice).
